I have known Dave Keane for over 15 years. During that time Dave has built a barn for me, put a new roof on my home, built a vacation home for me in New Hampshire, re-built the porch on my house and completed numerous small repair projects for me. Dave also built a house for my sister. Additionally, in my capacity as a civil engineer, I have worked with Dave on a number of residential construction projects.

I can recommend Dave without hesitation or reservation. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, from site work through finish carpentry. Dave is a true craftsman, whose first concern is doing the job properly. Just as important, Dave is extremely honest and treats his clients fairly. His price for any given job may not be the least expensive, but when the job is finished it has been done right and the final product always represents a good value.

Our entire family would like to thank you for a wonderful job that you and your crew did in restoring our 1830's Greek Revival home as well as building our bedroom and garage additions. Your dedication to seeing this project through from start to finish exceeded our expectations.

Starting in May of 2006 you faithfully worked Monday's thru Friday's and most Saturday's until the completion in late November. Not only was your work ethic outstanding, but you also surprised us with your ability to tackle a wide variety of tasks. Shifting gears from basement structural work to rough/ finished carpentry to salvaging antique trim components and tying then in with new trim. You were confident with all aspects of the job.

Although this is not a requirement to a successful job, you also displayed a genuine interest in our family and their activities. It was truly a blessing from God to have you and your crew work on this project. Thank you for sharing your gift of carpentry with us.
